Fisher House™Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. Donations are tax deductible to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Middle TN Fisher House Donor Recognition Levels

Fisher House Foundation proudly recognizes the generosity of our major contributors for their extraordinary support of our military families by placing bronze plaques of the foyer of our Fisher House. Each plaque will have up to five stars representing the level of support as listed below:

	= $100,00 - $199,999
	= $200,000 - $299,999
	= $300,000 - $499,999
	= $500,000 - $999,999
	= $1,000,000 and up

Additionally, Fisher House Foundation will mint an original Middle Tennessee Fisher House Coin which will be presented to each major contributor at the groundbreaking ceremony (expected to occur in late 2009).
